Sometimes you get stuck. Stepping out of your daily environment can help you create the space you need for yourself.

This 5-day retreat is for those willing to look deeper and curious about what becomes possible when you reconnect with yourself. In the silence and stunning nature along the Portuguese coast, you will have the opportunity to release old patterns and find new direction.

The program is fully tailored to what you need at this moment. Each day we work together in intensive one-on-one sessions, giving full attention to your questions and challenges, whether personal or work-related.

You will work through blockages, strengthen your sense of self, and open space for your next step. The rest of the day is yours: time for a massage, a walk, writing, resting, or simply being still.

Based on a questionnaire and an (online) intake conversation, I design a program just for you.

In the sessions in Portugal, we combine dialogue, visualization and imagination practices, body-oriented work, and practical coaching tools with creative assignments and moments of reflection in nature. You will receive a personal journal to capture your insights.

You will stay in your own private bungalow next to the main house in Sintra Natural Park, close to the coast and just 45 minutes from Lisbon airport. Here you are surrounded by nature, where the only sounds are the birds, the wind, and the sea. Your stay includes three nourishing vega(n) and alcohol-free meals per day, plus healthy snacks. One yoga class and one massage are included. Flights and airport transfers are not included.

The investment for a mid-week retreat, Monday to Friday, is €3,000.

A typical day at the retreat

Each day follows a gentle and nourishing rhythm, designed to balance deep inner work with spacious time for rest and renewal.

Your mornings begin quietly, with meditation or a walk along the coast, followed by a healthy breakfast. Soon after, we meet for a one-on-one session to deeply explore your questions and challenges.

Midday invites you to slow down: enjoy a fresh, plant-based lunch, followed by time to rest, journal, or wander through the natural surroundings. In the afternoon, a second one-on-one session supports you in deepening your insights and opening new perspectives.

As evening approaches, you might choose yoga, a massage, or simply quiet reflection before we gather for a nourishing dinner. Afterward, there is space to connect, or embrace the silence if you prefer, before retreating for a restful night’s sleep in your private bungalow.
