How do we work together?

Our sessions are more than just conversation. I use guided imagination and various visualization techniques to help you access deeper layers of your awareness.

In your inner world, you – like everybody else – have the capacity to form new patterns and release limiting beliefs, and address the root causes of your struggles.

Depending on the issue you work on, you may also use your creativity, engage in body-centered practices and relaxation exercises, or work with more practical coaching tools to support your insight. If you have the space for it, I will also give you reflective exercises to deepen your process in between sessions.

Combined approach

My integrative approach combines counseling and coaching. Coaching focuses primarily on practical steps in the outside world: what can you do differently?

Counseling goes deeper and explores what is happening in your inner world. This helps you uncover deeper layers and release emotional blocks, so you can truly move forward.

This way you can quickly make progress and create lasting change that is truly aligned with who you are.
