Our sessions are more than just conversation. I also use guided imagination and various visualization techniques to access deeper layers of your awareness. In your inner world, you – like everybody else – have the capacity to address the root causes of your struggles.

Through your imagination, you connect with your subconscious and can begin to form new patterns and release limiting beliefs. This allows you to feel more like yourself again – the way you want to feel.

Depending on the issue you work on, you may also use your creativity, engage in relaxation exercises, body-centered practices, or work with more practical coaching tools to support your insight.

If you have the space for it, I will give you reflective or practical exercises to deepen your process in between sessions.
